Returns:

Unworn and unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags intact.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

Before initiating any return or exchange, customers are required to share clear photos or a short video of the product via WhatsApp for verification.

Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
